The name "University System of New Hampshire" is registered with the Secretary of State as the appropriate Trade Name for the "Trustees of the University of New Hampshire and the divisions thereof, Keene State College, Plymouth State University, Granite State College, and all colleges, schools, departments, and divisions existing under the provisions of New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 187, Section 4, and of the New Hampshire College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts."
