Section 1. Inconsistencies
a. All previously adopted Bylaws of the Board of Trustees and all resolutions or orders which are inconsistent with the provisions of these Bylaws are hereby repealed.
Section 2. Necessary Votes
a. These Bylaws may be amended or repealed at any regular meeting of the Board, or at a special meeting duly called for the purpose, provided that every such amendment must receive not less than fourteen affirmative votes and written notice of the proposed Bylaw change is given to each Board member at least eight days prior to the meeting.
Section 3. Suspension of Rules
a. These rules or any one of them may be temporarily suspended at any meeting of the Board by a three-fourths affirmative vote of all voting members present, provided that no rule shall be so suspended until at least thirteen Trustees vote affirmatively therefor.
